Once we cut all ties with insurance company direct referral programs we were wondering if we could stay in business. Needless to say it was very slow!! I am pleased to say since Jeff & EMG has taken over our marketing we have surpassed our old record in the amount of repairs that our shop has had at any given time in our 45-year history of Gunder’s Collision! Every bay in our shop is full and each bay has one job waiting! Our body & repair shop is completely circled with work. We have more Progressive work on premise now than at any time when we had a DRP relationship with them! According to the underwriters “they are shocked” Needless to say we are very grateful and delighted our business will not only survive but thrive! Looking forward to a long relationship with EMG. As a body shop owner, in a smaller market here in North Platte Nebraska I had some serious reservations on advertising against what the big insurers push us to do.
